The resort is planned to be located in the Black sea waters opposite Maly Akhun mountain in Khosta region, Sochi, 13 kilometers away from Adler airport and 14 kilometers from the central railway station. Two tunnels directing traffic streams of M-27 highway and Novorossiysk highway, a footbridge and a port station providing navigation will connect the islands with the mainland.

The archipelago is planned to be 2.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with a distance of 150 meters from the coastline. In order to keep sea currents, the island will be crossed by the rivers from top downwards. In the South breakwaters will protect the island from storms.
Locating the island close to Sochi provides a unique mild subtropical climate for the future resort.
Nearby there are mountains covered with perpetual snows, and at their foot and in a lower wide seaside valley there are green gardens and parks, tea and citrus crop plantations all year round. Mountain chains protect the resort from the cold winds from the North, and the Black sea heated in summer gives up its heat in winter increasing the average air temperature.
